We do not allow returns, and all sales made are considered final. We encourage you to thoroughly review their orders before making a purchase decision.A replacement will only be issued in the following circumstances:
- Incorrect item received
- Product defective on arrival
- Parcel damaged during transit
To initiate an replacement, please email us at support@allthingsprettybym.in with your concern and attach the unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery. Requests received beyond this timeframe may not be eligible for assistance.
Once we receive your concern and unboxing video, we will review the information provided. Based on our assessment, we will determine the appropriate action to be taken.
