Items Not Eligible for Return, Exchange, or Refund

 

  1. Change of Mind – Orders cannot be returned or cancelled for personal preference.
  2. Minor Variations – Small differences in size, design, or details are not considered defects.
  3. Color Variations – Slight differences in color due to lighting or screen settings are normal.
  4. Minor Marks/Scratches – Very small scratches or marks that do not affect product use or durability are acceptable and not considered damage.
  5. Delivery Delays – Delays caused by courier services are beyond our control.
  6. Sale or Discounted Products – Items purchased during sales or at discounted prices are final.
  7. Incorrect Address – Orders lost due to an incomplete or incorrect address will not be refunded.
  8. Refused Prepaid Orders – Prepaid orders not accepted at delivery are non-refundable.
  9. Used or Worn Products – Products that have been worn, used, or altered cannot be returned.
  10. Damage from Misuse – Damage caused by negligence or improper care is not covered.
  11. Customized Products – Personalized or made-to-order products cannot be returned.
  12. Complimentary Products – Free items received under promotions or offers are not eligible.

Replacement Policy

 

  1. Unboxing Video Requirement – In case of an incorrect, defective, or damaged order, customers must provide a clear uncut unboxing video from start to end. The video must show the package, shipping labels, and product in detail. This serves as valid proof for both our team and the shipping carrier.
  2. Timeframe for Requests – To initiate a replacement, customers must email us at allthingspretty.help@gmail.com with their concern and the unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery. Requests submitted beyond this period may not qualify for assistance.
  3. Review & Assessment – Once we receive the concern and video, our team will review the information provided. Based on our assessment, we will determine the appropriate resolution.
  4. Right to Refuse – AllThingsPrettyByM reserves the right to decline any replacement request that does not comply with the above requirements.
